Delivery will be facilitate from our outlet to your doorstep.

 *All deliveries made up to ground floor to the Apartment if it does not have service lift.

Online Payment Facility using Fund Transfer or Cash on Delivery

Once your order reaches us, we will contact you by Telephone. Upon recipient’s confirmation we will notify you of the delivery information.

Payment Details

Cash On Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available within Male only. you can do the payment by cash once you receive the product.

Warranty Conditions

Brand Choices guarantees that products are free from deficiencies. The company warrants that all products provided to the customers are all genuine, original and new components, and are suitable for the purpose intended.

Standard normal 1 year warranty is given for products, certain products may have only 3 or 6 month warranty.

Warranty covers only the manufacture defects & fabric defects, warranty does not cover physical damages and other damages occurred by natural disasters.

Delivery

Our outlet will make the delivery to your apartment ground floor / Island delivery up to the port on confirmation from the bank within 3 working days. (Except Friday)

Product Returns

Customers have the right to return products within 2 days of purchase back to the company under the following circumstances;

• Products must be thoroughly inspected before accepting. If the product is damaged or any parts are missing, you must immediately inform the delivery person and not accept the product. If there is a physical damage at the acceptance of the product, should be immediately inform to the our company through hotline.
• If the product does not function up to the expected standards that it should function as it normally should under normal working conditions. customers should inform to the company through hotline.
  
• The product appears used or not in original condition. (the product must be returned to the company immediately)

Refunds

All refunds are processed within 2-3 working days by Singer -Brand Choices. Further processing back to your credit card / bank account may require additional time depending on the bank / institution for which Singer -Brand Choices cannot be held liable.
